What happens when you have a problem with the Government?
When the Hattabaughs realized that the local Airport had been using their driveway for an access road for a year and a half to move heavy machinery without their permission or knowledge, they brought it to the attention of the Airport Board. 
They were reassured by the Board that this problem would be taken care of and damages would be paid.
But they now find themselves in court trying to collect damages.
So what happened?  Why did this situation go so wrong?
This situation is not only causing to the Hattabaughs unnecessary stress,
but is also costing the taxpayer more money without solving the problem.
